Hope everyone had a good winter break. Classes resume this Sunday on Jan 7 at 10:45am.

Attendance challenge winners:
The following classes have won a free lunch (chicken strips and fries) for winning the attendance challenge.
Grades 1A, 6A, 7B and 11A

For all other classes: Please send a healthy (nut free) lunch with your child.

Pizza Lunch Program for Term 2 Registration will close Jan. 8.  No late registrations will be accepted after the deadline.
Register through Parent portal www.al-haadi.ca using family login, select Event titled “Pizza – 2024 Jan-May“.
1. Cheese pizza, on Jan. 14, 21, 28, Feb 4, 11, Mar. 3, Apr 21, 28, May 5, 12, 26. 
2. $1.50 per slice; total cost = $16.50 for a single slice or $33 for two slices on 11 Sundays.
3. No refund after payment, even if student is absent on any day.
4. If there is an event consisting of lunch for all students on one of the above-mentioned dates or Study Centre is closed (e.g. due to inclement weather), pizza will be provided on the next available Sunday after the program ends.

Helpful Reminders (to help your child succeed):
*Please help ensure your children bring notepad and pencil/pen to take notes every week.
*Have a conversation to ask them what they learnt each week
*Help enforce the Islamic knowledge at home by saying Salat together and reading Quran as a family.
