On behalf of all the volunteers at Al-Haadi Study Centre, we wish you and your family Wiladat Mubarak on the birth anniversary of our 9th Imam, Muhammad at-Taqi (a) and the upcoming anniversary of our 1st Imam, Ali (a).

Reminder: there will be no classes on Sunday, Feb. 20th due to Family Day.

Certificates have been sent via e-mail to parents of students who participated in the Winter Break Salaat & Wudhu Challenge. If your child participated, but you have not received the certificate, please send an e-mail to admin@al-haadi.ca, subject ‘Missing Certificate’.

Tax receipt for 2021 donations to Al-Haadi Study Centre can be accessed on the portal https://portal.jaffari.org/ using the email address provided when registering your child(ren).

Term 1 Report Cards 

The Term 1 Report Cards for Dinyat and Quran have been available since Feb. 6th and can be viewed via parent’s portal on www.al-haadi.ca. Many thanks to all the Teachers, Coordinators, and IT team who have invested a lot of effort to prepare the report cards. Thanks, also, to all parents who have viewed the reports and discussed results with child(ren).

Use your family ID and password to access your child’s report cards.  If you don’t recall your family id, send an e-mail to registration@al-haadi.ca with subject ‘Forgot Family Id’.  If you don’t recall the password, use the ‘Lost Password’ option on our website.

Parents, if not already done so, kindly discuss the report card with your child(ren), recognize the positive results, and discuss how to help your child improve on reducing absenteeism or improving on any of the subject or Makaarim Al-Akhlaq categories.

Please set up a time to meet with the Teachers if you have any questions or comments regarding the report card. Teachers can be contacted via the class email id on the report card.  FYI, the convention for class e-mail ids is: xyz@al-haadi.ca, where x = D for Dinyat or Q for Quran, y = Grades 1-12, and z = A or B.

Al-Haadi 2021/2022 Charity Campaign

MashaAllah, total collected as of Feb 8, 2022: $5,879.32. 

See below for the classes’ leaderboard. D7B has stayed in the lead, with D10B, D12/YF, D1B and D11A not far behind. Good job, all classes. Thank you for your fundraising activities and donations to help provide WATER AID in remote areas and to SUPPORT ORPHANS, WIDOWS & VULNERABLE CHILDREN.

Donate online via https://zahrafoundation.ca/al-haadi/ , select package, and when checking out, enter ‘Al-Haadi’ and the student’s dinyat class (e.g. Al-Haadi D6A) in the Additional Information section, so we can track donations by class.

All donations will receive a tax receipt from The Zahra Foundation.  The winning class will win a prize at the end of the campaign!
