Inshallah, we shall try and replicate ONLINE, the Sundays that we used to experience ONSITE – to the best of our ability.  Lesson delivery is via Google Classroom and Live Zoom classes for ALL grades each Sunday.

Attendance will be taken each Sunday and anyone joining 5 minutes after the official start times of the class will be marked late.

Parent/ Teacher Meet & Greet:
Teachers will get in touch with their respective class’s parents to explain the format of the Meet and Greet for this Sunday. The objective is to make sure parents are aware what the class objectives are and how parents can help. Please email your feedback/questions to the teachers outside of this Sunday;s class. Please await instructions from your child’s teacher. Some teachers have already conducted the Meet and Greet.

Muharram/ Safar Challenge Due Oct 18th
Please encourage your child/ children to visit page 39 and 40 of the Student Plannerto complete and submit the Muharram and Saffar Challenge to their Dinyat teacher. The soft copy of the student planner can be found at www.al-haadi.ca on the main page under documents.

STUDENTS THAT MISSED THE FUNDAMENTAL TEST for Grades 5-12 on September 20th during class time
We request parents to administer the Fundamental test to their children who are in Grades 5-12 who missed the test last week. Simply, log on to your child’s Google Classroom to complete the “closed book” Online test that can be found under classwork. Please ensure your child does not refer to any material while answering the questions. If you have any questions pls consult your child’s teacher. Give your child 30-45 minutes to complete the test. (There is NO set time limit)

Study material is available on Page 52 of the Student Planner You can download the student planner on our website- www.al-haadi.ca under DOCUMENTS. Anyone that gets a failing mark (under 60%) will be required to re do the test in term 2 after having studied the material)

Al-Haadi ONLINE Registration is CLOSED
Late Registrants (everyone that signed up after the deadline of August 23rd) are requested to visit www.al-haadi.ca for weekly updates from Admin until the weekly newsletter list is updated.
For next year, parents are earnestly requested to register in August and to adhere to deadlines please.

We are recruiting volunteers who want to help make a difference, if you are not currently on our team and are interested in volunteering as teacher or admin or occasional helper please send an email to admin@al-haadi.ca.  Feel free to ask others who may be interested. Training will be provided.  Join us for a rewarding experience.
